Do we need to sign anything first?

No. The demo is a conversation. We'll only send a mutual NDA if your IT team wants to see the SOC 2 report, which is common and expected.

Can our Council attend?

Yes — we do a version designed for elected officials. We'd recommend splitting it from the staff demo so each audience gets the version shaped for them.

What if we're already on another platform?

That's the norm, not the exception. Almost every client comes to us with a legacy permitting or 311 system. The migration plan is a separate conversation we'll happily have after the demo.
